通过盆栽试验,研究了噻唑膦对黄瓜根系生长发育、根活力、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响.结果表明,高剂量(45、60 kg/ hm~2)的噻唑膦处理,使根长、根鲜重都明显小于对照,而低剂量(15、22.5、30 kg/hm~2)影响不显著.对于根活力,低剂量处理(15、22.5、30 kg/hm~2)高于对照,而高剂量处理(45、60 kg/ hm~2)低于对照水平.对于SOD和POD两种酶,3个低剂量(15、22.5、30 kg/hm~2)施药,其酶活与对照相当;而2个高剂量(45、60 kg/hm~2)处理的酶活,都显著高于对照.噻唑膦各处理CAT的活性和MDA含量均高于对照.

The effects of fosthiazate on the growth and development of root, root vigor, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidese (POD) and catalase (CAT) were studied through pot experiment. The results showed that, length and fresh weight of root were lower than the control at high concentrations(45、60 kg/ hm~2), but there was no significant difference between the low concentrations(15、22.5、30 kg/hm~2) and the control. Root vigor were higher than the control at the low concentrations(15、22.5、30 kg/hm~2), and lower at the high concentrations(45、60 kg/hm~2). The activities of SOD and POD at the low concentrations(15、22.5、30 kg/hm~2)were equivalent with the control, but that were observably higher at high concentrations(45、60 kg/ hm~2) than that of the control. Both the activity of CAT and the content of MDA were higher than that of the control at each concentrations.
