某省直部门为推行电子政务建设,加快信息发展步伐,切实提升部门办公效率,并切合当前政务发展趋势,以某省电子政务外网为传输平台,利用MPLS技术,构建一个覆盖省、市、县三级互联互通、信息共享、安全可靠的虚拟专用网（VPN）,为该部门各级办公机构提供一个灵活、高带宽、高可靠性的多业务网络平台。本文介绍了该部门依托该省政务外网构建MPLSVPN的技术应用及实现方法。

To promote e-government construction,accelerate the pace of information development,practically enhance the efficiency of the office sector and tailored to the current affairs tendency,with a provincial e-government outside network as the transmission platform,a provincial department used the MPLS technology to construct a safe and reliable virtual private network（VPN） which covers provincial,municipal and county levels for inter-communication and information sharing.It provides the department offices at all levels a flexible and multi-task business network platform with high bandwidth and high reliability.This paper introduces the technology application and method how the department built such a MPLS VPN based on the provincial e-government outside network.
