频率合成技术是目前研制信号源的关键技术.该文介绍了一种基于直接数字频率合成(DDS)技术的正弦波方波信号源设计方案。该系统采用AD9850为核心芯片,以超低功耗单片机MSP430F5438为控制芯片,可输出频率范丽为1Hz-10MHz的正弦波和方波.且具有频率设定、多档步进调整和幅度调节的功能。结果表明,该方案设计的信号源精度较高、频率范围较宽、结构简单、使用方便、输出信号频率稳定,无明显波形失真。

DDS technlogy is a kind of digital frequency synthesis technology that synthesizes the wave directly from the concept of phase,e design proposat of the sine and square waveform generator,based on the ultra tow-power microcontrofler MSP430F5438 and the DDS chip AD9850 is introduced.It can provide Sine and square wave,the range of which is from 1Hz- 10MHz.The frequency can be set by the keyboard,and it can generate a step frequency signal by different steps.The amplitude of the signal also can be adjusted.Through experiments testing,it can be seen that this kind of signal generator designed has high accuracy,wide frequency, simple structure,easy to use and high reliability.The output signal has stable frequency and has no obvious distortion.
