灾害数据采集与管理是灾害风险分析的基础。文章以苏、浙、沪两省一市历史灾害损失数据采集为例,探讨运用C#.NET与Excel集成开发灾害数据采集系统的方法,描述数据采集系统功能模块实现的步骤,通过构建该数据采集系统,实现向Excel表格增加、删除、修改、查询灾害数据的功能。通过构建该系统平台,达到减轻数据录入强度,缩短数据录入时间,提高数据录入效率的目的,为构建其他类型的数据采集系统提供参考。

Disaster data collection and management is fundamental to disaster risk analysis. This paper discusses the method of developing a disaster data collection system based on C#.net and Excel technique, and describes the procedures of achieving the functions of the system components. The disaster data is added to, deleted from, modified in, and queried from the Excel table through the construction of the data collection system with the given examples of historical disaster damage data collection of Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province and Shanghai City as a case study. The resulting data platform may reduce the intensity of data entry, shorten the time span of data entering and improve the efficiency of data collection. It can also act as a source of reference for other data collection system.
