药师从事的工作不仅是简单的制剂、调配及药品发放,更重要的是开展药学服务,指导临床合理用药.传统的药理学实验课主要是验证性动物实验,而处方审核、编写药讯、指导临床医师及患者合理用药等职业能力的养成训练却几乎是空白.以药学服务为核心,改革动物实验教学、建立模拟药房、聘请药学行业专家进课堂和开展一系列社会实践活动,不仅能使学生更好地掌握药理学知识,而且也能使其沟通技巧、应变能力及服务能力得到很好的锻炼,为促进学生职业能力的养成和职业生涯可持续发展奠定了基础.

What a pharmacist does is more than simply preparation,mixing and drug issue,the more important lies in pharmaceutical care to guide clinical use of drug.Traditional practice classes in vocational colleges mainly focus on animal experiments to testify pharmacology instead of prescription examining,drug information compiling and guiding clinicians and patients of rational use of drug,which is of great importance to foster the vocational ability of a prospective pharmacist.To make pharmaceutical care the core,We should reform on animal experiment teaching,establish analog pharmacy,invite pharmaceutical experts to give lectures and carry out a series of social practice in order that the students can not only master the pharmacological knowledge,but also improve their communicative skills,adaptability,and serving capabilities,which lay the foundation for promoting students' vocational ability and sustainable development of their career.
