The principle and system structure of the virtual instrument are introduced. Making use of the visual C++ language, the key technologies of building virtual instrument are put forward based on the PC-DAQ, and the interface of visual virtual instrument is developed. The software module is implemented by mean of the DLL and ActiveX in the Visual C++ language, so the maintainability, expansibility and efficiency of the software are remarkably improved. The virtual instrument of precision testing-oriented has been developed, and the visualization, intelligent and automation in the measurement are achieved.
