对醋酸甲酯羰基化合成醋酐过程中醋酸锂的作用进行了研究。结果显示,醋酸锂的加入可以明显提高羰基化反应速度,它可改变反应速率的控制步骤。适宜的添加量时,羰基化反应速率可达到一极值,醋酐时空产率超过300molAc2O/(molRh*h)。醋酸锂的最佳添加量与碘甲烷和铑浓度呈函数关系。

The influence of lithium acetate to carbonylation of methyl acetate to acetic anhydride has been studied. The results showed that lithium acetate could increase the reaction rate apparently, and change the control step of the carbonylation.There was a optimal amount of lithium acetate, in which the reaction rate of carbonylation reached a maximum and the space-time yield was over 300molAc2O/(molRh*h),and which was related to the amount of methyl iodide and rhodium..
