传统的状态估计把量测方程作为约束条件,以量测残差的加权平方和或加权绝对值之和最小等为目标函数进行估计,因而不能直接辨识出拓扑错误.为了同时辨识拓扑错误和不良数据,文中把转移潮流方程增广为状态估计的约束条件,在目标函数中同时计及转移潮流的残差和量测残差,对已有的加权最小绝对值状态估计进行了改进,提出了可以同时辨识支路拓扑错误和不良数据的状态估计模型.文中给出了某省实际电网的计算实例.
傳統的狀態估計把量測方程作為約束條件,以量測殘差的加權平方和或加權絕對值之和最小等為目標函數進行估計,因而不能直接辨識齣拓撲錯誤.為瞭同時辨識拓撲錯誤和不良數據,文中把轉移潮流方程增廣為狀態估計的約束條件,在目標函數中同時計及轉移潮流的殘差和量測殘差,對已有的加權最小絕對值狀態估計進行瞭改進,提齣瞭可以同時辨識支路拓撲錯誤和不良數據的狀態估計模型.文中給齣瞭某省實際電網的計算實例.

The objective functions of traditional state estimation are to get the weighted least squares of the residual sum or the weighted least absolute value of the residual sum and so on, constrained by measurement function, thus could not identify topology error directly. In order to identify topology error and bad data at the same time, this paper extends the transfer power flow function as constraints, while taking account of the residual of transfer power flow as well as the measurement residual in the objective function. By improving the existing weighted least absolute value state estimation, a new state estimation model is proposed for identifying the topology error and bad data simultaneously. Its performances are highlighted via simulations performed on a real provincial power network.
