为提高叶尔羌高原鳅人工饲养的成活率,对其年龄、摄食、繁殖习性、适应温度和窒息点及应激性进行了试验研究.结果表明,叶尔羌高原鳅喜栖黑暗,适夜间活动觅食;生长缓慢;生存的最低临界温度为5℃,最高临界温度为33℃,适宜水温在20±1℃;易受惊吓,宜养于无外界干扰流动的水体中,有弱趋光性;溶氧低于2 mg·L-1时活动不正常,当水体温度在20℃时,叶尔羌高原鳅的窒息点为1.18 mg·L-1;在一年中不同的时间,性比有所不同,属分批产卵型.成熟个体大小在不同的环境中也有不同.

For improving the survival of Triplophysa(Hedinichthgs)yarkandensis(Day)in captivity.This study researched the biological habits such as feeding habits,thermophilic habit,sex ratio,phototaxiaing habit,et al.The results showed that the lowest survival temperature was 5℃,and the highest one was 33℃,the optimal one was at 20±℃.The behavior was abnormal when the dissolved oxygen below 2 mg·L-1.The stifle point was 1.18 mg·L-1 when the water temperature was at 20℃.In different months,the sex ratio was different and the size of mature individuals was also different in different habitat environments.
