在稀H_2SO_4介质中,痕量对苯二酚对V(Ⅴ)催化KIO_4氧化吡啰红Y的反应具有显著的阻抑作用,据此建立了动力学荧光法测定痕量对苯二酚的新方法.研究了体系的动力学条件,考察了各种因素的影响.方法的线性范围为0.01~2.5 mg/L,检出限为0.006 mg/L.该方法用于水样中对苯二酚的测定,加标回收率在98.8%~101.6%之间,相对标准偏差为2.5%~2.9%.

A new kinetic fluorimetric method has been proposed for the determination of trace hydroquinone. The method was based on the inhibitory effect of hydroquinone on the catalytic oxidation of pyronine Y by potassium periodate in the presence of vanadium(Ⅴ) in dilute sulfuric acid solution. The optimum kinetic conditions of experiments have been studied, and the influence of various factors were investegated. The linear range of the determination was 0.01~2.5 mg/L and the detection limit was 0.006 mg/L.The method has been applied to determining hydroquinone in water samples, and the recoveries were in range of 98.8%~101.6% with the RSDs of 2.5%~2.9%.
