目的 对表面健康人群的血清D-二聚体水平和分布作初步探讨.方法 用免疫透射比浊法在日立7020全自动生化分析仪上检测.结果 测定338例表面健康人群血清D-二聚体水平,=1.37mg/L,95%的参考范围0.1~2.64 mg/L,呈正态分布;其中男165例,=1.28 mg/L,95%的参考范围0.15~2.41 mg/L;女173例,=1.46 mg/L,95%的参考范围0.04~2.88 mg/L;男女血清D-二聚体水平比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;17~30岁年龄段血清D-二聚体水平=1.33 mg/L;31~65岁年龄段血清D-二聚体水平=1.40 mg/L,两年龄段血清D-二聚体水平比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;血清与肝素抗凝血浆D-二聚体结果比较,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义,直线回归与相关分析显示:Y=1.0689X+1.464,r=0.9967;用日本血清管与国产血清管比较,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义.结论 通过对国内338例表面健康人群血清D-二聚体浓度的测定和分析,初步界定国内人群血清D-二聚体浓度95%的参考范围为0.1~2.64 mg/L,呈正态分布;血清与肝素抗凝血浆D-二聚体的参考范围不能共用,但相关性良好.

Objective To make the preliminary discussion of the serum D-dimer level in Normal popu-lation. Methods Serum D-dimer was detected by turbidimetric immunoassay on the Hitachi 7020 automatic bi-ochemistry analyzer. Results 338 apparently healthy controls were examined. The average value was 1.37 mg/ L,95% reference range 0. 1 ~ 2. 64 mg/L, assumes the normal distribution, male 165 examples, average value 1.28 mg/L,95% reference range 0. 15 ~2.41 mg/L; Female 173 examples,average value 1.46 mg/L,95% ref-erence scope 0. 04 ~ 2. 88 mg/L; In the healths controls, there was significantly deference of serum -dimer lev-el between the male and the female(P < 0. 05) , there was no significantly deference of serum D-dimer level in the age groups of 17~30 year old and 31~65 year old(P >0. 05) ; Compares with serum and heparin plasma, or the serum tube made by different country(Japan and China) , the difference has the extremely remarkable sta-tistics significance(P < 0. 001). Conclusion Preliminary defined the 95% reference value of serum D-dimer concentration was 0.1 ~2.64 mg/L; The serum and the heparin plasma D-dimer reference scope cannot use in common, but the relevance is good.
