目的：探讨拇指爪形指形成的原因及治疗方法。方法总结16例由于正中、尺神经损伤导致拇指爪形指的成因并采用外在肌移位加关节囊及韧带修复，单纯关节囊韧带修补，拇掌指关节融合术矫正畸形。结果所有病例畸形均得到矫正，术后Froment征阴性，拇食指捏力增加平均70%。单纯软组织矫正成功率83%，复发率17%。结论拇指爪形指是由于正中、尺神经合并损伤导致，联合修复效果理想，掌指关节融合术效果肯定。
목적：탐토무지조형지형성적원인급치료방법。방법총결16례유우정중、척신경손상도치무지조형지적성인병채용외재기이위가관절낭급인대수복，단순관절낭인대수보，무장지관절융합술교정기형。결과소유병례기형균득도교정，술후Froment정음성，무식지날력증가평균70%。단순연조직교정성공솔83%，복발솔17%。결론무지조형지시유우정중、척신경합병손상도치，연합수복효과이상，장지관절융합술효과긍정。
Objective To Explore the claw thumb the causes and treatments of choice. Methods This paper summarized 16 cases of median, ulnar nerve injury caused by thumb claw finger deformity in patients with extrinsic muscles, shift + joint capsule and ligament repair, pure capsular ligament repair, thumb metacarpophalangeal joint arthrodesis in correction of the deformity. Results All cases of deformity was corrected, Froment postoperative syndrome negative, thumb and index finger by pinch force increased an average of 70%. Simple soft tissue correction the success rate was 83%, recurrence rate of 17%. Metacarpophalangeal joint arthrodesis effect. Conclusion Claw thumb is the result of median, ulnar nerve injury complicating lead, joint repair effect is ideal, metacarpophalangeal joint arthrodesis effect.
