利用单光子发射型计算机断层显象仪(SPECT)监测移植肾功能25例,计34例次.观察表明,在肾移植早期,SPECT有利于鉴别少尿原因,避免冒然切除移植肾;肾移植后期,如有肾功能减退,肾小球滤过率的降低较肌酐升高更敏感、更准确,故SPECT监测是了解肾功能及判断预后的最佳方法之一.
利用單光子髮射型計算機斷層顯象儀(SPECT)鑑測移植腎功能25例,計34例次.觀察錶明,在腎移植早期,SPECT有利于鑒彆少尿原因,避免冒然切除移植腎;腎移植後期,如有腎功能減退,腎小毬濾過率的降低較肌酐升高更敏感、更準確,故SPECT鑑測是瞭解腎功能及判斷預後的最佳方法之一.

SPECT monitoring was performed on 25 (34 times) renal transplants since 1991.In early stage of renal transplantation SPECT was useful to confirm the causes of oliguria and could avoid rashly surgical removal of the graft.In the late stage,the decrease of GFR was more sensitive and more accurate than the rising of creatinine in the evaluation of renal dysfunction.SPECT was one of the best methods for determining renal function and evaluating the prognosis.
