在涂钯硅藻土样品中定量加入内标元素Mo和王水,制成分析试样,用能量色散X射线荧光(EDXRF)法测定钯含量。该方法可测定钯含量为5%~50%范围的涂钯硅藻土样品,方法快速、简便,其相对标准偏差优于1%,回收率98%~108%。
在塗鈀硅藻土樣品中定量加入內標元素Mo和王水,製成分析試樣,用能量色散X射線熒光(EDXRF)法測定鈀含量。該方法可測定鈀含量為5%~50%範圍的塗鈀硅藻土樣品,方法快速、簡便,其相對標準偏差優于1%,迴收率98%~108%。

The analyzed sample has been prepared by adding quantitativelyinside standard element Mo and aqua regia in the sample of diatom earth coat with palladium, the content of palladium determined has been by EDXRF .The content of palladium within 5%~50% of the sample can be determined.The method is rapid and simple,the relative standard deviation is less than 1 %,the recovery ratio is 98%~108%.
