利用旋转涂膜技术在单晶硅表面制备了偶氮苯聚合物膜,用傅立叶变换红外光谱、紫外-可见吸收光谱及水接触角等测试手段对其结构和性能进行了表征.结果表明,该聚合物膜具有良好的光学响应性能,且顺反异构变化过程符合动力学一级反应.在紫外光照射前后,牛血清白蛋白在该聚合物薄膜上呈现可逆吸附现象,可将其用作蛋白质芯片的敏感膜.

Azobenzene polymer film was fabricated by spin coating technology on the surface of single crystal silicon. The structure and properties of the film were characterized by FTIR, UV-vis absorption spectroscopy and contact angle tests. The results indicated that the film had excellent photochromism property and the trans-cis isomerization process was in accord with one order reaction of kinetics. Bovine serum albumin could be adsorbed on the film surface reversibly before and after UV light irradiation, so azobenzene polymer film could be used as the sensing membrane of protein chips.
