针对大多数电动葫芦型起重机采用的绕线感应电机转子串电阻调速方式和交-直-交PWM变频方式存在的缺点,在双变量控制理论的基础上,以80C196KB单片机为核心,研制出了6脉波交-交变频驱动装置.实现了无过零检测、无环流、无控制死区、全开环的低成本交-交变频驱动装置.经过在实验室数据测试分析和现场使用,结果表明:该驱动装置性能稳定良好,维护工作量明显减小,可靠性完全达到工业恶劣环境的要求.

The most methods of speed control in electric hoist cranes are string resistor in wound rotor in-duction motor or AC- DC- AC PWM inverter, but there are many disadvantages in them. To solve these dis-advantages, based on dual-variable control theory and 80C196KB single-chip as the core, a low cost six-wave AC-AC converter speed control system was designed, without zero-crossing detection, without circulation and without control die area. After testing in laboratory and using in factory, data analysis results show the AC - AC converter have a good and stability performance, the maintenance workload is significantly reduced and reliability meets harsh environment requirements completely.
