针对产品设计过程中任务组织过度依赖经验、不易定量控制以及设计效率低下等问题,提出了一种变型设计中与设计知识集成的过程管理办法.通过引用可配置产品模型中的节点属性建立设计知识的一般模型,根据知识计算设计参数之间的迭代敏度并明确参数关联,进而得剑初始的参数级设计结构矩阵.基于传统设计结构矩阵优化方法,提出知识集成环境下设计过程的分阶段任务重组及评价方法,最终得到任务粒度适当的设计过程规划.在此基础上,开发了通用的变型设计过程支持系统,以汽车减震器设计过程建模为例,说明了该方法的有效性.

Aiming at such shortcomings as over-reliance on experience,incapable of quantitative control,low design efficiency in the development process of products,a process management approach for variant design was proposed.Based on the references of the node properties in product structure model,the general model of design knowledge was established.According to the design knowledge,the sensitivity among the parameters was calculated,parameter associations were determined,and then a design structure matrix(DSM) was obtained.Based on traditional DSM optimization methods,a reengineering and estimation method of the process activities was presented under the environment of knowledge integration.And process design planning with appropriate task granularity was obtained.Finally,the general variant design system supporting the shock absorber design process modeling was developed,.Compared with traditional methods,the approach presented was less dependent on experience with higher automation degree and was helpful to improve the design concurrency.
