本文用维生素E为阳性对照,探讨了藁本内酯对不同体系脂质过氧化的抑制作用.结果显示:5、20和80 mmol/L的藁本内酯对亚油酸的自发氧化,VitC/Fe~(2+)和NADPH诱导的线粒体氧化,组织匀浆的自发氧化和H_2O_2诱导氧化,均表现出较强的抑制作用(与空白对照组相比,P<0.05),其浓度与抗氧化活性呈一定的量效关系.藁本内酯的体外抗脂质过氧化作用为进一步探讨其药理作用提供了实验与理论依据.
本文用維生素E為暘性對照,探討瞭藁本內酯對不同體繫脂質過氧化的抑製作用.結果顯示:5、20和80 mmol/L的藁本內酯對亞油痠的自髮氧化,VitC/Fe~(2+)和NADPH誘導的線粒體氧化,組織勻漿的自髮氧化和H_2O_2誘導氧化,均錶現齣較彊的抑製作用(與空白對照組相比,P<0.05),其濃度與抗氧化活性呈一定的量效關繫.藁本內酯的體外抗脂質過氧化作用為進一步探討其藥理作用提供瞭實驗與理論依據.

This study was conducted to investigated the antilipoperoxidant activities of lignstilide extracted from Angelica sinensis,and vltamine E was used as the positive control.We established five models:the spontaneous peroxidation of the linoleic acid emulsion,Vit C/Fe~(2+) and NADPH induced lipid peroxidation of rat brain mitochondria,spontaneous and H_2O_2 induced lipid peroxidation of rat tissue homogenate.LIG exhibited a significant concentration-dependant inhibition of lipid peroxidation in the linoleic acid,mitochondria and tissue homogenate.The results provided experimental and theoretical basis for the research of LIG.
