　　农村经济的发展一直是我国经济发展进程中的一个薄弱的环节。农村信用社作为农村金融的中坚力量，在农村经济的发展过程中发挥着极为重要的作用。在当前经营模式下，农村信用社的风险管理还依旧处于一种较为尴尬的境地，其面临的风险集中程度相当高。依据农村信用社当前的风险管理现状，提出了“农村金融合作机构风险管理层次模糊综合评价”模型。在此基础上，提出了信贷风险处理的建议，旨在提高农村信用社的风险管理水平，以便更好地促进农村经济的发展。

The development of the rural economy has been the weak part in China ’s economic development, and as the most important participant of the rural economy , the rural credit unions play an extremely prominent role in the development of the rural economy.In the present operating mode, the level of risk management in rural credit unions is still in an awkward position, facing a risk concentrated in a high degree .This paper, based on the current risk management status of the rural credit unions , put forward “ a rural financial cooperation institutions risk management hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation” model, offered some suggestions about the credit risk management and aimed at improving the level of risk management of the rural credit unions and promoting the development of the rural economy.
