目的 了解住院卧床便秘患者实施护理干预后生活质量的情况,为开展提壶开底推拿护理干预提供有力依据,方法 采用问卷调查方式对98例卧床便秘患者进行观察,采取手指点按云门穴和中府穴、转揉腹部经络及按摩肛管治疗便秘后,对使用Bristol大便性状量表及便秘患者症状白评量表评分的改变,健康调查量表(SF-36)干预前后评分的改变,评估推拿护理及心理护理干预对住院卧床便秘患者生活质量的影响.结果 通过对卧床便秘患者实施提壶开底推拿护理干预后,患者在大便的性质、腹痛.腹胀、排便费力、排便疼痛等方面得到明显的改善；通过健康调查量表十预前后便秘患者在生理职能、躯体疼痛、情感职能、精神健康、社会功能和总体健康等8个维度评分明显增加,t=69.5～77.2.结论 运用提壶开底推拿手法护理干预便秘患者,能恢复患者大肠正常的蠕动功能,增强胃肠的消化吸收能力,明显提高了生活质量,对住院卧床患者便秘问题的近期作用与远期疗效有广泛的临床意义.
目的 瞭解住院臥床便祕患者實施護理榦預後生活質量的情況,為開展提壺開底推拿護理榦預提供有力依據,方法 採用問捲調查方式對98例臥床便祕患者進行觀察,採取手指點按雲門穴和中府穴、轉揉腹部經絡及按摩肛管治療便祕後,對使用Bristol大便性狀量錶及便祕患者癥狀白評量錶評分的改變,健康調查量錶(SF-36)榦預前後評分的改變,評估推拿護理及心理護理榦預對住院臥床便祕患者生活質量的影響.結果 通過對臥床便祕患者實施提壺開底推拿護理榦預後,患者在大便的性質、腹痛.腹脹、排便費力、排便疼痛等方麵得到明顯的改善；通過健康調查量錶十預前後便祕患者在生理職能、軀體疼痛、情感職能、精神健康、社會功能和總體健康等8箇維度評分明顯增加,t=69.5～77.2.結論 運用提壺開底推拿手法護理榦預便祕患者,能恢複患者大腸正常的蠕動功能,增彊胃腸的消化吸收能力,明顯提高瞭生活質量,對住院臥床患者便祕問題的近期作用與遠期療效有廣汎的臨床意義.
목적 료해주원와상편비환자실시호리간예후생활질량적정황,위개전제호개저추나호리간예제공유력의거,방법 채용문권조사방식대98례와상편비환자진행관찰,채취수지점안운문혈화중부혈、전유복부경락급안마항관치료편비후,대사용Bristol대편성상량표급편비환자증상백평량표평분적개변,건강조사량표(SF-36)간예전후평분적개변,평고추나호리급심리호리간예대주원와상편비환자생활질량적영향.결과 통과대와상편비환자실시제호개저추나호리간예후,환자재대편적성질、복통.복창、배편비력、배편동통등방면득도명현적개선；통과건강조사량표십예전후편비환자재생리직능、구체동통、정감직능、정신건강、사회공능화총체건강등8개유도평분명현증가,t=69.5～77.2.결론 운용제호개저추나수법호리간예편비환자,능회복환자대장정상적연동공능,증강위장적소화흡수능력,명현제고료생활질량,대주원와상환자편비문제적근기작용여원기료효유엄범적림상의의.
Objective To learn the life quality in constipation patients lying in bed after they received nursing intervention and to provide powerful support for nursing intervention with taking mention pot of open bottom manipulation.Methods 98 constipation patients were surveyed by questionnaires ; Yunmen and Zhongfu were pressed by fingers;constipation were treated by kneading abdominal channels and collaterals in circles and massaging anal tube.Bristol solid waste quality scale,symptom self-estimation scale,and health survey scales ( SF-36 )were used before and after nursing to estimate the effects of manipulation nursing and psychological nursing intervention on the life quality in constipationpatients lying in bed.Reaulta After taking mention pot of open bottom manipulation nursing intervention on the constipation patients lying in bed,it obviously improve the nature of patients' solid wastes,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,defecation disability and defecation pain.By health survey scale before and after intervention,patient scores of 8 dimension including physiological function,body pain,emotional function,mental health,social function and general health were obviously increased ( t =69.5 - 77.2 ).Conclusions Application of manipulation on nursing constipation patients can restore normal peristalsis function of the large intestine,enhance the digestive absorption function oftbe stomach and intestine,and improve life quality obviously.It has a wide clinical significance for the short-and long-term curative effect on constipation in patients lying in bed.
