江河堤防防洪能力可靠度,反映了堤防最高防洪水位与来流洪水位之间的数量关系。采用随机变量的分析方法,对河道堤防的防洪能力进行风险分析,给出了河道防洪能力的可靠度和风险度的定义、风险计算模式和计算方法。并以实例计算了某河段防洪能力的风险度。

The reliability of the flood control capacity of river levee canreflect the qu antitative relation between the designed maximum water level of flood control fo r the levee and the actual water level in flood season.The risk analysis of the flood control capacity for river levee is conducted by a stochastic variable method.The definition of reliability and the risk for flood control capacity,the mo del and computation method of risk analysis are given.And as an illustration,the risk levels of flood control capacity for some reaches are computed.
