目的 观察比较在老年心房颤动患者中使用阿司匹林和氯吡格雷的效果和预后.方法 将160例老年永久性心房颤动患者患者随机分成两组,每组各80例,阿司匹林组给予阿司匹林治疗,氯吡格雷组给予氯吡格雷治疗.结果 阿司匹林组与氯吡格雷组相比,1年中消化道出血例数较多,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.32,P<0.05);两组1年内脑卒中例数比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.53,P>0.05).结论 在老年心房颤动患者中,使用阿司匹林和氯吡格雷对于预防脑卒中的作用是一样的,但氯吡格雷能明显减少老年患者消化道出血的发生,减少并发症的发生.

목적 관찰비교재노년심방전동환자중사용아사필림화록필격뢰적효과화예후.방법 장160례노년영구성심방전동환자환자수궤분성량조,매조각80례,아사필림조급여아사필림치료,록필격뢰조급여록필격뢰치료.결과 아사필림조여록필격뢰조상비,1년중소화도출혈례수교다,량조비교차이유통계학의의(χ2=17.32,P<0.05);량조1년내뇌졸중례수비교차이무통계학의의(χ2=0.53,P>0.05).결론 재노년심방전동환자중,사용아사필림화록필격뢰대우예방뇌졸중적작용시일양적,단록필격뢰능명현감소노년환자소화도출혈적발생,감소병발증적발생.
Objective To observe the effects and prognosis of using aspirin and clopidogrel in elderly patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods One hundred and sixty cases of elderly patients with permanent atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into two groups, aspirin group(n=80) received aspirin, clopidogrel group(n=80) received clopidogrel treatment.Results Aspirin group compared with clopidogrel, gastrointestinal bleeding occurred a few more, there were significant difference between the two groups(χ2=17.32, P<0.05); There were not significant difference between the two groups in stroke occurence within one year (χ2 = 0.53,P>0.05). Conclusions In elderly patients with atrial fibrillation, the effect of aspirin and clopidogrel for stroke prevention is the same, but clopidogrel significantly reduced the incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding in elderly patients,and can reduce complication.
