目的 分析食管癌贲门癌术后吻合口瘘的原因、诊断及治疗,探讨其预防措施.方法 对1985年1月至2008年1月我院672例食管癌、贲门癌术后发生吻合口瘘22例患者临床情况进行回顾性分析.结果 本组22例吻合口瘘患者,16例积极治疗成功,6例死亡.结论 食管癌、贲门癌术后吻合口瘘原因多样,应及早发现、明确诊断、采取综合的处理方法能有效降低术后吻合口瘘的发生率.
目的 分析食管癌賁門癌術後吻閤口瘺的原因、診斷及治療,探討其預防措施.方法 對1985年1月至2008年1月我院672例食管癌、賁門癌術後髮生吻閤口瘺22例患者臨床情況進行迴顧性分析.結果 本組22例吻閤口瘺患者,16例積極治療成功,6例死亡.結論 食管癌、賁門癌術後吻閤口瘺原因多樣,應及早髮現、明確診斷、採取綜閤的處理方法能有效降低術後吻閤口瘺的髮生率.
목적 분석식관암분문암술후문합구루적원인、진단급치료,탐토기예방조시.방법 대1985년1월지2008년1월아원672례식관암、분문암술후발생문합구루22례환자림상정황진행회고성분석.결과 본조22례문합구루환자,16례적겁치료성공,6례사망.결론 식관암、분문암술후문합구루원인다양,응급조발현、명학진단、채취종합적처리방법능유효강저술후문합구루적발생솔.
Objective To find the cause of postoperative anastomotic fistula in esophagus and cardia carcinoma,how to diagnose and treat,discuss preventive measures.Methods Reviewed 22 cases clinical setting of 672 cases of esophagus and cardia carcinoma who had surgical treatment in Jan 1985 to Jan 2008.Results Twenty-two cases had postoperative anastomotic fistula,16 cases were successful by active treatment,6 cases died.Conclusions The reasons of esophagus and cardia anastomotic fistula after operation have many sides,should be found early,and to identify diognosis,universal precautions is significant in reducing the incidence rate of postoperative anastomotic fistul.
