目的:研究脉冲电磁场对家兔骨软骨骨折的修复作用。方法:将16只家兔人工造成临床常见的胫骨平台骨折的动物模型,骨折采用钢丝内固定,不 用外固定。随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组术后每天用脉冲电磁场刺激6 h,对照组不用 电磁场刺激,喂养条件相同。术后12周全部处死后行大体标本、光镜、电镜检查。结果:实验组6只家兔软骨骨折全部愈合,修复组织为类透明软骨,2只软骨骨折未完全愈合 ,修复组织为纤维软骨。对照组7只未完全愈合,修复组织为纤维软骨,1只完全愈合,修复 组织为类透明软骨。结论:①脉冲电磁场对骨软骨骨折的愈合有促进作用;②脉冲电磁场能使软骨骨折达到类透明软骨修复。
目的:研究脈遲電磁場對傢兔骨軟骨骨摺的脩複作用。方法:將16隻傢兔人工造成臨床常見的脛骨平檯骨摺的動物模型,骨摺採用鋼絲內固定,不 用外固定。隨機分為實驗組和對照組。實驗組術後每天用脈遲電磁場刺激6 h,對照組不用 電磁場刺激,餵養條件相同。術後12週全部處死後行大體標本、光鏡、電鏡檢查。結果:實驗組6隻傢兔軟骨骨摺全部愈閤,脩複組織為類透明軟骨,2隻軟骨骨摺未完全愈閤 ,脩複組織為纖維軟骨。對照組7隻未完全愈閤,脩複組織為纖維軟骨,1隻完全愈閤,脩複 組織為類透明軟骨。結論:①脈遲電磁場對骨軟骨骨摺的愈閤有促進作用;②脈遲電磁場能使軟骨骨摺達到類透明軟骨脩複。
목적:연구맥충전자장대가토골연골골절적수복작용。방법:장16지가토인공조성림상상견적경골평태골절적동물모형,골절채용강사내고정,불 용외고정。수궤분위실험조화대조조。실험조술후매천용맥충전자장자격6 h,대조조불용 전자장자격,위양조건상동。술후12주전부처사후행대체표본、광경、전경검사。결과:실험조6지가토연골골절전부유합,수복조직위류투명연골,2지연골골절미완전유합 ,수복조직위섬유연골。대조조7지미완전유합,수복조직위섬유연골,1지완전유합,수복 조직위류투명연골。결론:①맥충전자장대골연골골절적유합유촉진작용;②맥충전자장능사연골골절체도류투명연골수복。
Objective:To study the effects of pulse electro-magnetic fields (PEMFs) on the healing of tibial condylar osteochondral in rabbits.Methods:Sixteen rabbits were divided into two groups,and osteochondral fractures of left tibia condyle were created,internal fixation was performed with steel wire.Group 1 was constantly treated with PEMFs six hours per day;group 2 was not treated.The results were studied by gross morphology,light microscopy and elect ro-microscopy.Results:75% and 13% fractures were repaired by hyalin-like cartilage in group 1 and in group 2 respectively.Conclusion:PEMFs are essential to facilitation of the cartilage repair.
