利用光谱修正光度法研究铜(Ⅱ)-对碘基偶氮氯膦(PICPA)显色体系,结果表明在pH8.5氨性缓冲溶液和盐酸羟胺存在下,所生成络合物组成比Cu:PICPA为1:2,在620nm下终级络合物真实摩尔吸光系数ε=5.58×104L.mol-1.cm-1,络合物累积稳定常数K=7.11×1011(15℃和离子强度0.1M)。
利用光譜脩正光度法研究銅(Ⅱ)-對碘基偶氮氯膦(PICPA)顯色體繫,結果錶明在pH8.5氨性緩遲溶液和鹽痠羥胺存在下,所生成絡閤物組成比Cu:PICPA為1:2,在620nm下終級絡閤物真實摩爾吸光繫數ε=5.58×104L.mol-1.cm-1,絡閤物纍積穩定常數K=7.11×1011(15℃和離子彊度0.1M)。
이용광보수정광도법연구동(Ⅱ)-대전기우담록련(PICPA)현색체계,결과표명재pH8.5안성완충용액화염산간알존재하,소생성락합물조성비Cu:PICPA위1:2,재620nm하종급락합물진실마이흡광계수ε=5.58×104L.mol-1.cm-1,락합물루적은정상수K=7.11×1011(15℃화리자강도0.1M)。
The reaction between copper(Ⅱ) and PICPA was sensitive at pH 8.5 in the presence of OP and hydroxylamine hydrochloride. In the present report, the spectral correction principle was applied in the determination of properties of the Cu- PICPA complex instead of the ordinary spectrophotometry because of the absorption effect of the excessive PICPA. Results showed that the complex was expressed as Cu(PICPA)2, its cumulative stability constant K = 7.11 ×1011(temperature 15 ℃ and inoic strength 0.1M) and its real absorptivity ε = 5.58 × 104L. mol- 1. em- 1 at 620nm.
