目的 研究调节性内斜视弱视患儿多导VEP特点。方法 使用多导PRVEP检测系统,对调节性内斜视弱视患儿32例,正常对照组24例进行全视野及鼻、颞侧视野刺激。分析VEP波形及地形图结果。结果 (1)单眼全视野刺激 斜视眼1-14各导联P波潜伏期延长、振幅降低(P<0.05或0.01)。双外侧电极记录的VEP波形不对称。(2)半侧视野刺激 斜视眼除鼻颞侧刺激P波潜伏期均延长外,同眼鼻侧视网膜P波潜伏期明显长于颞侧(P<0.01);非斜视眼未见同眼鼻、颞侧视网膜P波潜伏期差异。结论 在全视野检测时枕部外侧电极记录结果受多种因素影响。调节性内斜视弱视患儿斜视眼半视野刺激,其VEP存在着鼻、颞侧非对称现象。

목적 연구조절성내사시약시환인다도VEP특점。방법 사용다도PRVEP검측계통,대조절성내사시약시환인32례,정상대조조24례진행전시야급비、섭측시야자격。분석VEP파형급지형도결과。결과 (1)단안전시야자격 사시안1-14각도련P파잠복기연장、진폭강저(P<0.05혹0.01)。쌍외측전겁기록적VEP파형불대칭。(2)반측시야자격 사시안제비섭측자격P파잠복기균연장외,동안비측시망막P파잠복기명현장우섭측(P<0.01);비사시안미견동안비、섭측시망막P파잠복기차이。결론 재전시야검측시침부외측전겁기록결과수다충인소영향。조절성내사시약시환인사시안반시야자격,기VEP존재착비、섭측비대칭현상。
Objective To study the characteristics of Pattern Reversal VisualEvoked Potentials (PRVEP) in children with accommodative esotropic amblyopia. Methods Multiple channel VEP elicited by monocular full field and half field stimulation were recorded in 32 children with accommodative esotropic amblyopia and 24 normal controls. Results (1) Full field stimulation: In esotropic eyes, the latencies and the amplitudes of the P wave recoreed from electrose No. 1~14 were significantly prolonged and reduced compared with those in normal controls (P<0.05 or 0.01) The waves of VEP recorede from the electrodes on the left side were irregular compared with those on the right side. (2) Half field stimulation: In esotropic eyes, the latencies of the P wave recorded from the corresponidng electrodes of stimulation were significantly prolonged compared with those in normal controls (P<0.01); The latencies of P wave evoked through nasal retina were more significantly prolonged than that through temporal retina (P<0.01). But those asymmetries were not observed in non-esotropic eyes of this group. Conclusions The VEP recordings from the external electrodes of Oz may be affected by various conditions when those were evoked by full field stimulation. There may be VEP naso-temporal asymmetries of half field stimulation in the esotropic eyes of accommodative esotropic amblyopia.
