This paper derives the uniform function of the minimum transmission angle of offset crank-rocker mechanism by using the previous studies.It also pwves the necessary and sufficient conditions indicating the existence of a maximum for the minimum transmission angle defined on the open interval of domain.Finally it gives a closed-form solution to the design of crank-rocker mechanism with the optimat transmission angles.
