测定未经过噪声暴露和经过噪声暴露(未注射药物、注射黄芪或注射红景天)的大鼠的肝糖原含量,研究了噪声对大鼠肝糖原含量的影响及其药物防治.试验结果显示,大鼠受到噪声刺激后肝糖原含量起初远远低于正常值,而随着时间的延长逐渐接近正常值;腹腔注射黄芪的效果因噪声时间的延长而增强;而腹腔注射红景天的效果因强度的增加而稍有减弱.也就是说,黄芪的药效无论是在高强度噪声还是在低强度噪声下都比较持久、稳定,而红景天在低强度噪声下药效比较持久,在高噪声强度下的药效不如低强度.腹腔注射黄芪或红景天后肝糖原含量均有所提高,基本达到或接近正常水平.研究结果表明,黄芪和红景天对噪声刺激具有抵抗作用,因此可以通过食用含有黄芪、红景天的药物或食品来缓解噪声危害.

The liver glycogen of big mice (injected with Astragals membranaceus or Rhodiola and not injected with drug) both non-exposed and exposed to noise were determined. The results showed that these contents decreased far below normal values at first as the mice were stimulated by noise; and sinbce then, gradually recovered to normal. And the effect of abdominal injection with Astragals was enhanced as the time of exposure to noise prolonged; while that of Rhodioda weakeded with higher noise intensity. That is to say, the medicine effect of Astragals was longer and more stable than that of Rhodiola not only in low but also in high noise intensity. The medicine effect of Rhodiola was more stable in low noise intensity, but weaker in high noise intensity. About all, the glycogen contents would increase in different levels through injecting Astragals or Rhodiola, and arrive at or approach normal. The results proval that Astragals and Rhodiola could resist the stimulaiton of noise, so through eating food containing Astragals or Rhodiola could relax the damage from noise.
