A molecular imprinting polymer membrane electrode of tramadol hydrochloride was prepared, characterized and used in pharmaceutical analysis. The electrode exhibits Nernst response in the concentration range of 1.0×10~(-6)-1.0×10~(-2)mol/L. The slope was 30.4 mV/pc and the limit of detection was 6.3×10~(-7) mol/L. The recoveries of tramadol hydrochloride were 97%-101%.
