There are two traditional laying methods, overhead alone and underground laying. But the overhead alone is very difficult and costly, the underground laying is easily broken and destroyed, the safety and reliability are poor. The OPPC technology reduced the pole line and ousts, it also can enhance the safety and reliability of message transfer.
