[目的]实验观察三乙醇胺染毒大鼠血清脂质过氧化代谢产物(MDA)含量,超氧化歧化酶(SOD)和全血谷胱甘肽氧化酶(GSH-PX)的活性及组织病理学改变。[方法]32只大鼠分别经染毒不同剂量的三乙醇胺(250、500、750 mg/kg),每周1次,7周后断头取血检测酶学指标,同时进行大体剖检和组织病理学检查。[结果]染毒大鼠血清MDA含量明显增高,SOD和全血GSH-PX活性明显降低,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);500 mg/kg、750 mg/kg染毒组脏器系数增大,肝、脾、肾器官有不同程度的病理学改变。[结论]接触一定量的三乙醇胺可增强染毒大鼠脂质过氧化水平,对染毒大鼠肝、脾、肾脏组织有损伤作用。

[목적]실험관찰삼을순알염독대서혈청지질과양화대사산물(MDA)함량,초양화기화매(SOD)화전혈곡광감태양화매(GSH-PX)적활성급조직병이학개변。[방법]32지대서분별경염독불동제량적삼을순알(250、500、750 mg/kg),매주1차,7주후단두취혈검측매학지표,동시진행대체부검화조직병이학검사。[결과]염독대서혈청MDA함량명현증고,SOD화전혈GSH-PX활성명현강저,여대조조비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.01);500 mg/kg、750 mg/kg염독조장기계수증대,간、비、신기관유불동정도적병이학개변。[결론]접촉일정량적삼을순알가증강염독대서지질과양화수평,대염독대서간、비、신장조직유손상작용。
[Objective]To measure the contents of MDA in serum, the activities of SOD in serum and GSH-PX in whole blood, and the histopathological changes of some organs in rats poisoned with triethanolamine. [Methods]32 rats were poisoned with different doses of triethanolamine (250,500,750 mg/kg) once a week. After 7 weeks, the index of enzymology in blood obtained by breaking off the rat's heads were measured, and gross and histopathological changes were observed. [Results]There was significant increase in the contents of MDA and decrease in the activities of SOD in serum and GSH-PX in whole blood in experimental rats compared with those in controls (P<0.01). The ratio of viscera of the experimental rats exposed to 500 mg/kg and 750 mg/kg was increased, there were also pathological changes to some extent in liver, spleen and kidney. [Conclusions]A certain amount of triethanolamine may increase the contents of lipid peroxides and make injuries to the liver, spleen and kidney of rats.
