目的:评价加替沙星序贯疗法治疗下呼吸道感染的临床效果.方法:128例下呼吸道感染患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组(n=62)先以加替沙星针0.2g,iv.gtt,bid,3天,后改用加替沙星胶囊0.2g,po,bid,7天;对照组(n=66)以加替沙星针0.2g,iv.gtt,bid,10天.结果:两组试验总有效率分别为93.3%和94.1%,治愈率分别为74.19%和75.76%,无显著性差异(P>0.05),序贯疗法每例可节省666.2元.结论:加替沙星序贯疗法治疗下呼吸道感染具有与加替星注射液相似的临床疗效,比单用加替沙星更具成本效果,是治疗下呼吸道感染的可靠治疗方案.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of gatifloxacin sequential therapy for the treatment of lowerrespiratory tract infection (LRTI). METHODS: 128 patients with LRTI were randomly divided into two groups (test and control groups). 62 patients in test group were treated firstly with 0.2g gatifloxacin iv. Injection, twice a day for three days,then were given 0.2g gatifloxacin capsules, twice a day for seven days; sixty six patients in control group were treated with gatifloxacin 0.2g iv injection, twice a day for ten days. RESULTS: The total effective rates of two groups were 93.3 % and 94.1%; cure rate were 74.19% and 75.76%. There was no significant difference( P > 0.05). Sequential therapy can save 666.2 yuan per capita. CONCLUSION: Gatifloxacin sequential therapy has similar clinical efficacy to that of gatifloxacin injection, but it is cheaper in the cost. So gatifloxacin sequential therapy is an effective and safe way for the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.
