目的:探讨透明质酸钠在青光眼滤过术后浅前房重建的特点及疗效.方法:回顾性分析25例青光眼滤过术后浅前房应用透明质酸钠重建前房患者的临床资料,对前房重建术后前房深度变化、眼压、滤过泡情况进行观察.结果:25例中Ⅱ类浅前房16例,Ⅲ类浅前房9例.前房重建后观察2周,痊愈17例,有效5例;无效3例.结论:透明质酸钠治疗青光眼滤过术后浅前房重建效果良好,手术操作简单,术后并发症少,浅前房以早期重建为佳,对滤过术后滤过过强及滤过泡渗漏引发的浅前房最为有效.对其他原因引发的浅前房应据浅前房产生的原因作针对性去除病因治疗的基础上才能进行透明质酸钠前房重建.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of sodium Hyaluronate injected into the shallow anterion chamber in those glaucoma patients after filtering operation.Methods:A retrospective study 25 patiens with shallow anterior chamber after filtering operation was included,and all the patients were received to inject sodium hyaluronate shallow anterior chamber.Results:In those patients,The depth of anterior chamber,intraocular pressure and filter bleb were analyzed.After treatment,in seventeen case anterior chambers were formed to be normal,in five cases,anterior chamber were formed but in three cases the anterior chambers were not formed.Conclusion:The effects of the treatment with sodium Hyaluronate were proved to be quiet good.
