为探讨人工股骨头关节置换术并发症的发生原因和预防手段，对过去10年施行的人工股骨头关节置换术78例(80髋)进行回顾性分析，术后随访时间1.5～10年，平均5年8月。结果：发生并发症15例，占19.2%，此15例中疗效优良2例，良好2例，好5例，尚好1例，差2例，很差3例。结果提示：充分的术前准备，正规细致的手术操作是手术成功、减少并发症的关键。

To find out the causes an d precautions of complication prothesisreplacement of the femoral head 78 cas es (80 hip) of prothesis replacement of the femoral head in the last 10 years wa s analyzed.The follow-up time was 1.5 to 10 years, with an average of five year s and eight months. The results were as follows: best 2 cases, better 2 case s, good 5 cases, fair 1 case, poor 2 cases, very poor 3 cases. Fifteen cases und erwent complication (19.2%). Sufficient pre-operation preparation, and regular and careful operation is the key to the successful operation and complication reduction.
