建立了同时检测塑料复合膜中25种溶剂残留的静态顶空气相色谱法.复合膜通过顶空加热进样,DB-FFAP毛细管色谱柱(60m×0.32mm×1.00μm)分离,氢火焰检测器(FID)检测,内标法定量.对于不同的溶剂,该方法的回收率范围为58%~110%(添加水平为0.4 mg/m~2,2.0 mg/m~2,10.0 mg/m~2),相对标准偏差在2.66%~14.15%以内,方法最低检出限为0.1 mg/m~2.通过对空白膜加标及实际样品的检测,表明该方法适用于食品包装用塑料复合膜中溶剂残留量的检测.

A method for simultaneous detection of 25 kinds of solvent residues in complex plastic film by static headspace gas chromatography has been established. The sample of complex plastic film was heated and transferred into a gas chromatograph for static headspace analysis. The separaction was performed on a DB-FFAP capillary column (60m×0. 32mm, 1.00μm). The compounds in solvent residues were detected by a FID, and their contents were calculated by internal standard method. The recoveries of different solvents were in the range of 58%~110% (spiked levels were 0. 4mg/m~3, 2. 0mg/m~3 and 10.0mg/m~3, respectively). The RSDs were 2. 66%~14. 15% and the detectionlimit was 0. lmg/m~3.
