文章针对热轧过程中影响SP(sizing press) 压调宽后板坯形状的不对称变形条件,设计了一套在线测量装置,并对SP侧压生产中的实际变形条件进行了测量,根据测量结果,采用数值模拟研究了SP侧压调宽过程中各种不对称变形条件对板坯形状的影响.测量及研究结果表明,板坯两侧存在温度差,工作侧温度比传动侧温度高40℃左右;在侧压方向,传动侧模块比工作侧模块超前约0.03s,在同步方向,传动侧模块比工作侧模块超前约0.04s,在垂直方向两模块都存在位移;上述板坯两侧的温度差、以及模块运动在侧压方向和同步方向的不同步,对板坯形状的影响不大;导致板坯尾部在SP侧压后出现翘曲的主要因素,是垂直方向上的不对称变形条件所致;而导致侧弯的主要原因,则是由于板坯进入SP之前的对中不良,当板坯中心线偏向工作侧10mm以上时,板坯经过SP侧压后明显朝工作侧弯曲.
文章針對熱軋過程中影響SP(sizing press) 壓調寬後闆坯形狀的不對稱變形條件,設計瞭一套在線測量裝置,併對SP側壓生產中的實際變形條件進行瞭測量,根據測量結果,採用數值模擬研究瞭SP側壓調寬過程中各種不對稱變形條件對闆坯形狀的影響.測量及研究結果錶明,闆坯兩側存在溫度差,工作側溫度比傳動側溫度高40℃左右;在側壓方嚮,傳動側模塊比工作側模塊超前約0.03s,在同步方嚮,傳動側模塊比工作側模塊超前約0.04s,在垂直方嚮兩模塊都存在位移;上述闆坯兩側的溫度差、以及模塊運動在側壓方嚮和同步方嚮的不同步,對闆坯形狀的影響不大;導緻闆坯尾部在SP側壓後齣現翹麯的主要因素,是垂直方嚮上的不對稱變形條件所緻;而導緻側彎的主要原因,則是由于闆坯進入SP之前的對中不良,噹闆坯中心線偏嚮工作側10mm以上時,闆坯經過SP側壓後明顯朝工作側彎麯.

To measure the asymmetry deformation conditions during sizing press,a measuring device is designed. And the asymmetry deformation conditions are obtained by using this device. Based on the measuring outcome, the asymmetry deformation conditions influence on the shape of the slab is researched by FEM The measuring and FEM results show that, there is temperature nonuniformity between slab sides,the work side's temperature ratio is 40℃ around higher than the drive side. Along press direction, the drive side die's movement is 0. 03s swiftness than the work side. Along synchronization direction, the drive side die's movement is 0. 04s swiftness than the work side. Along vertical direction, both dies vibrate. The asymmetry deformation conditions of temperature, press direction and synchronization direction have no effect on the slab shape. The asymmetry deformation conditions vertical direction causes end bending of the slab. There is un-align before the SP,it causes side bending of the slab after SP.
