为探索双磁法测定茶叶中粉类磁性物的可行性,采用人为加入铁粉的方法,确定了双磁法在茶叶磁性物质检验中的最小样品量、加标回收率、精密度及检出限等指标.结果表明:双磁法可用来检测茶叶中的磁性物,其较小样品量为100 g,加标回收率为99.20%~102.70%,RSD为0.64%~4.58%,检出限为0.003%.与测定仪法对比,双磁法在检验过程中不需使用任何化学试剂,也不需加热,具有较好的应用前景.

In order to explore the feasibility of determining the magnetic material powder by using double-magnetism method, a certain amount of iron powder was added into tea samples to determine the feasibility of the minimum sampling amount, addition recovery rate, precision and detection limit of double-magnetism method in the magnetic material test of tea. The results showed that double-magnetism method could be used to detect the magnetic material in tea, its minimum sample amount was 100 g, the addition recovery rate was 99.20%-102.70%, RSD was 0.64%-4.58% and the detection limit was 0.003%. Compared with determinator method, neither any chemical reagent nor heating were needed in the test process by double-magnetism method. And this method had a good application perspective.
