目的 探讨在甲真菌病合并糖尿病情况下,血中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-6和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量变化及真菌菌种分布情况.方法 采用酶联免疫测定方法,对53例甲真菌病患者、51例甲真菌病合并糖尿病患者、49例糖尿病患者及50名健康人进行血IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α含量测定,并对甲真菌病及甲真菌病合并糖尿病患者的甲真菌病常见菌种构成进行比较.结果 甲真菌病组血清IL-1β、IL-6、 TNF-α含量高于对照组;糖尿病甲真菌病组血中 IL-6和TNFα含量明显高于甲真菌病组和糖尿病组(P<0.05);糖尿合并甲真菌病组中,病原菌仍以皮肤癣菌为主,甲真菌病组酵母菌高于对照组.结论 IL-1β、IL-6及TNF-α是糖尿病合并甲真菌感染中的一类重要的炎性反应介质,在甲真菌病的发生、发展过程中可能起重要作用.

목적 탐토재갑진균병합병당뇨병정황하,혈중백세포개소-1β(IL-1β)、IL-6화종류배사인자α(TNF-α)함량변화급진균균충분포정황.방법 채용매련면역측정방법,대53례갑진균병환자、51례갑진균병합병당뇨병환자、49례당뇨병환자급50명건강인진행혈IL-1β、IL-6화TNF-α함량측정,병대갑진균병급갑진균병합병당뇨병환자적갑진균병상견균충구성진행비교.결과 갑진균병조혈청IL-1β、IL-6、 TNF-α함량고우대조조;당뇨병갑진균병조혈중 IL-6화TNFα함량명현고우갑진균병조화당뇨병조(P<0.05);당뇨합병갑진균병조중,병원균잉이피부선균위주,갑진균병조효모균고우대조조.결론 IL-1β、IL-6급TNF-α시당뇨병합병갑진균감염중적일류중요적염성반응개질,재갑진균병적발생、발전과정중가능기중요작용.
Objective To investigate the serum interleukin1 beta (IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) and strains distribution among groups of onychomycosis,DM and control. Methods Changes of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in the serum and onychomycosis strains were detected in 53 patients with onychomycosis, 49 patients with diabetes, 51 patients with onychomycosis plus diabetes and 50 healthy volunteers. Results The serum levels of IL1β,IL6 and TNF-α were higher in onychomycosis cases than in normal group (P<0.05).The serum IL-6 and TNF-α in onychomycosis plus diabetes group were higher than in onychomycosis group and diabetes group(P<0.05).Incidence of dermatophyton was the highest in the strains in onychomycosis plus diabetes groups; yeast was the highest in strains of onychomycosis groups. Conclusions IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α may be important inflammatory factors involved in the autoimmune mechanism for the progress and development of patients with onychomycosis or with onychomycosis and diabetes.
