本文首先分析了知识溢出在产业集群中扩散的方式和途径,然后进一步运用生产函数解释产业集群和知识溢出两种现象对于企业发展的重要作用.针对广东省产业集群发展的具体情况,文章提出了建立学习网络、加强对溢出知识的保护、建立有效的创新激励机制等建议,以发挥知识溢出效应、促进经济发展.

This paper firstly analyzes the diffusion modes of knowledge spillover in the industrial cluster,further explains that how knowledge spillover and industrial cluster play an important role in the development of enterprises by production function.Then this paper discusses the development of industrial cluster in Guangdong province,and makes some suggestions on establishing a study network,strengthening the protection of knowledge spillover as well as establishing an effective incentive mechanism of innovation.Therefore,the knowledge spillover can play an important role and promote economic development.
