浙江省遂昌县畲族的传统资源特别是文化资源和相邻的景宁畲族自治县相比，其保存不容乐观。尽管如此，在类似的这些少数民族地区仍然有一些积极的传统资源遗存可以挖掘和利用，笔者通过调查分析，认为培养和重视少数民族精英人物、为少数民族的传统活动建立一个公共活动场所以及鼓励本民族语言的使用，对于少数民族的民族意识培养和民族传统的保持非常有效。

the preservation of the traditional resources of She Nationality in Suichang County, Zhejiang Province, especially of the cultural resource, is not optimistic when compared with the adjacent Jingning She Nationality Autonomous County. However, there are still some active traditional resource heritages in similar ethnic minority areas that can be discovered and utilized. Through investigation and analysis, the author holds that it is very effective for cultivating national awareness of ethnic groups and keeping national traditions to cultivate and pay attention to elites of ethnic minorities, establish a public activity place for traditional activity of ethnic groups, and encourage usage of their own language
