目的评价Foley尿管球囊扩张法在睾丸肉膜囊固定术中的应用价值.方法在隐睾睾丸肉膜囊固定术中将Foley尿管由腹股沟切口置入阴囊内,用球囊扩张阴囊,在扩张的阴囊表面建立大小约5mm阴囊切口,再将尿管球囊沿阴囊切口放入阴囊皮下,注入空气扩张阴囊与肉膜层之间的间隙,通过肉膜切口将睾丸牵出置于肉膜囊中,逐层关闭腹股沟切口.通过临床93例(104侧)隐睾患者及12例精索扭转患者的应用研究,对阴囊切口大小、术中出血量、安全性及术后出血及睾丸位置进行观察分析.结果 96例隐睾患者及12例精索扭转患者均手术成功,有87例(96侧)获得随访,随访5～7个月,睾丸均位于阴囊内、无扭转、无萎缩.结论 Foley尿管球囊扩张法在睾丸肉膜囊固定术中的应用操作简单、阴囊及肉膜切口无需缝合、损伤小、效果满意,值得临床应用与推广.

Objective To describe and evaluate the results of dartos pouch orchiopexy using s balloon inflation of foley' s catheter.Methods Ninety-three cases with undescended testicle had been operated upon at the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from September 2009 to September 2010.The deflated catheter was guided into scrotum through the inguinal incision,and balloon distension of scrotum was done.A 5-cm incision on the anterior surface of scrotum was made.The balloon was deflated,then took out of incision of inguinal canal,put into dartos pouch,reinflated with air depending on the volume of testis.The testis was gasped and pulled down through the "dartos window," The skin incisions were closed.Results Eighty-seven cases were followed up for 5-17 months,all of the testis were in the scrotum without torsion and atrophy. Conclusions Balloon of foley catheter in the operation of dartos pouch orchiopexy is simple and effective.
