目的 分析军事飞行员血清载脂蛋白谱的特征及其与血脂的关系. 方法 随机抽取进行疗养的男性飞行员180名,平均年龄35.9±7.5岁,为其进行体检并测定血清载脂蛋白(apo)A1、A2、B、C2、C3、E以及三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C). 结果 ①血清apoA2、apoB、apoC3和apoE水平随年龄增加而显著升高;②与无脂代谢紊乱的飞行员相比较,高TG血症者的apoB(0.920±0.237 vs 0.789±0.207 g/L,t=-2.875,P=0.005)、apoC2(0.066±0.016 vs 0.039±0.015 g/L,t=-8.151,P=0.000)、apoC3(0.169±0.054 vs 0.108±0.028 g/L,t=-5.611,P=0.000)和apoE(0.056±0.011 vs 0.043±0.009 g/L,t=-6.408,P=0.000)水平显著升高,而apoA1(1.309±0.143 vs 1.421±0.213 g/L,t=2.586,P=0.011)的水平降低;高TC或伴高TG血症者的所有载脂蛋白水平均升高;低HDL-C血症者的apoA1(1.096±0.166 vs 1.421±0.213 g/L,t=6.754,P=0.000)和apoA2(0.252±0.028 vs 0.292士0.041 g/L,t=3.557,P=0.001)水平降低,而apoC2(0.187±0.069 vs 0.039±0.015 g/L,t=-3.513,P=0.000)、apoC3(0.169±0.064 vs 0.108±0.028 g/L,t=-4.176,P=0.001)和apoE(0.054±0.028 vs 0.043±0.009 g/L,t=-3.177,P=0.002)水平显著升高;③血清TC与所有载脂蛋白呈正相关;TG与apoB(r=0.349,P<0.01)、apoC2(r=0.517,P<0.01)、apoC3(r=0.746,P<0.01)和apoE(r=0.621,P<0.01)呈正相关;HDL-C与apoAl(r=0.873,P<0.01)和apoA2(r=0.494,P<0.01)呈正相关,与apoC2(r=-0.152,P<0.05)呈负相关;LDL-C与apoA2(r=0.295,P<0.01)、apoB(r=0.864,P<0.01)和apoE(r=0.273,P<0.01)呈正相关. 结论 180名男性飞行员的血清apoA2、apoB、apoC3和apoE水平与年龄增加有关,多种载脂蛋白的水平与血脂异常密切相关.

Objective To explore the characteristics of serum lipid and apolipoprotein profile in military pilots, and to better understand the associations between apolipoproteins with lipids.Methods The present study was performed in 180 male military pilots who were recruited randomly.They all underwent a physical examination and their serum apolipoprotein (apo) A1, A2, B, C2, C3,0. 237 vs 0. 789±0. 207 g/L, t=-2. 875, P=0. 005), apoC2 (0. 066±0. 016 vs 0. 039±0. 015 g/L,t=-8.151,P=0.000), apoC3 (0.169±0.054 vs 0.108±0.028 g/L, t=-5.611, P=0.000) and apoE (0. 056±0. 011 vs 0. 043±0. 009 g/L, t=-6.408, P=0.000) increased, while apoA1 (1.309±0.143 vs 1.421±0.213 g/L, t=2.586, P=0.011) decreased in the hypertriglyceridemias, all apos increased in hypercholesteremias or combined hypertriglyceridemias (P<0.01 ), apoA1 (1.096±0.166 vs 1.421±0.213 g/L, t=6.754, P=0.000), apoA2 (0.252±0.028 vs 0.292±0.041 g/L,t=3.557, P=0.001) decreased and apoC2 (0.187±0.069 vs 0.039±0.015 g/L, t=-3.513, P=0.000), apoC3 (0.169±0.064 vs 0.108±0.028 g/L, t=-4.176, P=0.001), apoE (0.054±0.028vs 0.043±0.009 g/L, t=-3.177, P=0.002) increased in the hypertriglyceridemias combined with correlated with all apos; triglyceride (TG) was positively correlated with apoB (r=0.349, P<0.01),apoC2 (r=0.517, P<0.01), apoC3 (r=0.746, P <0.01) and apoE (r=0.621, P<0.01) , HDL-C was positively correlated with apoA1 (r=0.873, P<0.01), apoA2 (r=0.494, P<0.01) and negatively correlated with apoC2 (r=-0.152, P<0.05); low density lipoprotein-cholesteremias (LDL-C) was positively correlated with apoA2 (r=0.295, P<0.01), apoB (r=0.864, P<0.01)and apoE (r=0.273, P<0.01). Conclusions Among 180 male military pilots, serum apoA2,apoB, apoC3 and apoE were related to age, all apolipoproteins were closely associated with lipid disorders.
