采用纤维蛋白铺盖和放射免疫方法研究了米非司酮(RU486)和18-甲基炔诺酮(NG)对大鼠培养颗粒细胞纤维蛋白溶酶原激活因子和孕酮分泌的作用,结果显示RU486和NG能明显抑制培养细胞孕酮分泌,同时可拮抗入绒毛膜促性腺激素促进孕酮分泌的作用。但它们对颗粒细胞和卵母细胞分泌纤维蛋白溶酶原激活因子(PA)的作用没有明显的作用,提示RU486和NG发挥抗生育作用主要是通过影响内分泌,而不是通过影响PA分泌过程而实现的。

Effects of mifepristone and norgestrel on the productions of plasminogen activator(PA) and progesterone were studied by using fibrin overlay method and radioimmunoassay. The results showed that mifeprostone and norgestrel could significantly inhibit the production of progesterone from rat cultured granulosa cells,and antagonize the progesterone production induced by human chorionic gonadotropin. But the effects of mifepristone and norgestrel on plasminogen activator were not observed. It was indicated that the antifertility effects of mifeprostone and norgestrel were achieved mainly through influencing the progesterone secretion rather than PA secretion.
