目的 探讨无张力疝修补术后切口感染的防治.方法 回顾性分析同期腹股沟疝无张力修补与传统疝修补术后切口感染率并进行比较.结果 无张力疝修补的术后切口感染率为0.40%,传统疝修补术后切口感染率为0.50%.两种术式术后切口感染率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 腹股沟疝无张力修补虽然有异体材料植入,但并不增加术后切口感染机率,严格遵守无菌手术原则才是预防术后切口感染的关键.
目的 探討無張力疝脩補術後切口感染的防治.方法 迴顧性分析同期腹股溝疝無張力脩補與傳統疝脩補術後切口感染率併進行比較.結果 無張力疝脩補的術後切口感染率為0.40%,傳統疝脩補術後切口感染率為0.50%.兩種術式術後切口感染率相比差異無統計學意義(P>0.05).結論 腹股溝疝無張力脩補雖然有異體材料植入,但併不增加術後切口感染機率,嚴格遵守無菌手術原則纔是預防術後切口感染的關鍵.

Objective To explore the prevention and cure of postoperative infection of tension-free hernia Repair. Methods Retrospective analysis of the postoperative infection rate of inguinal hernia with tension-free repair and traditional method during the same period.Results the postoperative infection rate of tension-free hernia repair is 0.40%, and the postoperative infection rate of the hernia repair with traditional method is 0.50%. There is no significant difference between them.Conclusions Though there are variant materials implanted in body for inguinal hernia with tension-free repair,there is no more infection probability. To abide the principle of aseptic operation strictly is the key point of preventing postoperative infection of incisional wound.
