目的 探讨对氧磷脂酶1(PON1)活性与非酒精性脂肪肝病的关系.方法 以对氧磷为底物测定30例正常人、52单纯性脂肪肝患者、41例脂肪性肝炎患者、31例脂肪性肝硬化患者血清PON1活性.结果 单纯性脂肪肝组、脂肪性肝炎组及脂肪性肝硬化组血清PON1活性分别为(153.41±13.34)、(108.72±16.17)、(98.90±13.05)U/L,均低于正常对照组(181.12±9.50)U/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);脂肪性肝炎组、脂肪性肝硬化组PON1活性与单纯性脂肪肝组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脂肪性肝炎组PON1活性与脂肪性肝硬化组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 PON1活性与肝脏的受损害程度密切相关,在一定程度上可反映非酒精性脂肪肝的严重程度,同时PON1还可能是非酒精性脂肪性肝病受损害的因素之一.

목적 탐토대양린지매1(PON1)활성여비주정성지방간병적관계.방법 이대양린위저물측정30례정상인、52단순성지방간환자、41례지방성간염환자、31례지방성간경화환자혈청PON1활성.결과 단순성지방간조、지방성간염조급지방성간경화조혈청PON1활성분별위(153.41±13.34)、(108.72±16.17)、(98.90±13.05)U/L,균저우정상대조조(181.12±9.50)U/L,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01);지방성간염조、지방성간경화조PON1활성여단순성지방간조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);지방성간염조PON1활성여지방성간경화조비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05).결론 PON1활성여간장적수손해정도밀절상관,재일정정도상가반영비주정성지방간적엄중정도,동시PON1환가능시비주정성지방성간병수손해적인소지일.
Objective To explore the relationship between paraoxonase1 activity and non-lcohol fatty liver.Method Serum PON1 activity was measured by using paraoxon as substrate in 30 case of norm,52 of simple fatty liver,41 of steatohepatitis and 31 of fatty liver cirrhosis.Results Serum PON1 activity was(153.41±13.34)U/L in simple fatty liver,(108.72±16.17)U/L in steatohepatitis and (98.90±13.05)U/L in fatty liver cirrhosis that was significantly lower than that in norm group(181.12±9.50)U/L(P<0.01).Serum PON1 activity in steatohepatitis and fatty liver cirrhosis group were lower than that in simple fatty liver(P<0.05).There were no difference between steatohepatitis and fatty liver cirrhosis groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum PON1 activity is correlated with the stage of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and it may be one of damage factor in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease
