[目的]观察克氏原螯虾在工厂化繁育条件下的胚胎发育形态与时间序列. [方法]选择健康的克氏原螯成虾作亲本,在室内水泥池进行工厂化繁殖育苗,采集抱卵虾的受精卵,测定水温,观察胚胎发育状况,记录胚胎心跳情况,并进行数码摄影显微镜观察.[结果] 克氏原螯虾在工厂化繁育条件下的胚胎过程可分为7个主要时期,即受精卵、卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠期、无节幼体期、复眼色素期和孵化期,胚胎发育各期出现的时间序列分别为0、1.5、4、6、11、21和32 d,有效积温分别为0、31、61、96、181、340和520 ℃·d.[结论]克氏原螯虾在工厂化繁育条件下的胚胎发育中,在室内水温控制在15~19 ℃时,仍能进行工厂化繁育苗,发育时间为32 d,有效积温为520 ℃·d,可提高克氏原螯虾养殖产业链的整体效益.
[目的]觀察剋氏原螯蝦在工廠化繁育條件下的胚胎髮育形態與時間序列. [方法]選擇健康的剋氏原螯成蝦作親本,在室內水泥池進行工廠化繁殖育苗,採集抱卵蝦的受精卵,測定水溫,觀察胚胎髮育狀況,記錄胚胎心跳情況,併進行數碼攝影顯微鏡觀察.[結果] 剋氏原螯蝦在工廠化繁育條件下的胚胎過程可分為7箇主要時期,即受精卵、卵裂期、囊胚期、原腸期、無節幼體期、複眼色素期和孵化期,胚胎髮育各期齣現的時間序列分彆為0、1.5、4、6、11、21和32 d,有效積溫分彆為0、31、61、96、181、340和520 ℃·d.[結論]剋氏原螯蝦在工廠化繁育條件下的胚胎髮育中,在室內水溫控製在15~19 ℃時,仍能進行工廠化繁育苗,髮育時間為32 d,有效積溫為520 ℃·d,可提高剋氏原螯蝦養殖產業鏈的整體效益.
[목적]관찰극씨원오하재공엄화번육조건하적배태발육형태여시간서렬. [방법]선택건강적극씨원오성하작친본,재실내수니지진행공엄화번식육묘,채집포란하적수정란,측정수온,관찰배태발육상황,기록배태심도정황,병진행수마섭영현미경관찰.[결과] 극씨원오하재공엄화번육조건하적배태과정가분위7개주요시기,즉수정란、란렬기、낭배기、원장기、무절유체기、복안색소기화부화기,배태발육각기출현적시간서렬분별위0、1.5、4、6、11、21화32 d,유효적온분별위0、31、61、96、181、340화520 ℃·d.[결론]극씨원오하재공엄화번육조건하적배태발육중,재실내수온공제재15~19 ℃시,잉능진행공엄화번육묘,발육시간위32 d,유효적온위520 ℃·d,가제고극씨원오하양식산업련적정체효익.
[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the morphogenesis and time sequence of embryonic development of Cambarus clarkii under the factory propagation. [Method] The health adult shrimps of C. clarkii were selected as the parents to make for the factory propagation in the cement pool in the room and then the fertilized eggs of the shrimps with eggs were selected. The water temperature for the shrimp propagation was determined, the embryonic development status was observed, the heartbeat of the embryo was recorded and the microscope observation of numeral photography was made. [Result] The embryonic development process of C. clarkii under the factory propagation could be divided into 7 main stages as fertilized eggs, cleavage stage, blastula stage, gastrula stage, nauplius stage, eye pigment stage and hatching stage. The time sequences of embryonic development of C. clarkii appeared in each stage were 0,1.5,4,6,11,21 and 32 d, resp. and their effective accumulated water temperatures were 0, 31, 61, 96, 181, 340 and 520 ℃·d. [Conclusion] When the water temperature for the shrimp propagation should be controlled at 15-19 ℃, it still can be made for the factory propagation, the time of embryonic development was 32 d and the accumulative water temperature was 520 ℃·d during the embryonic development of C. clarkii under the factory propagation, the whole benefit of aquaculture industry chain of C. clarkii could be increased.
