将ABT2号生根粉浓度、扦插基质、插床覆盖处理3个因素分别设置3个水平,采用正交试验设汁L_9(3~4)对圆头蚊母树(Distylium buxifolim var.rotundum)进行扦插繁殖试验;并采用正交试验最优组合,进行了不同年龄母树插穗与扦插时间的单因素扦插对比试验.结果表明,生根率、根长度、生根数在生根粉浓度、扦插基质、扦插时间之间的差异极显著;不同插床覆盖与不同年龄母树插穗处理的生根率、生根数差异极显著,根长度则无显著差异.以圆头蚊母树1年生母树插穗,用ABT2号生根粉200 mg/kg浓度浸泡2 h,黄心土基质,黑色农膜覆盖,在秋季进行扦插,扦插繁殖效果较好.

Experiment by orthogonal design was conducted on propagation of Distyliura buxifolimv var. rotundum with 3 factors and three levels: different concentrations of ABT2, cutting medium, seedbed covering treatments. Meanwhile comparison test was made on scions of different aged mother tree and cutting season with the best experiment condition. The result demonstrated that rooting rate, root length and number had significant difference among different concentrations of ABT, cutting medium, cutting season. Rooting rate and rooting number had evident difference among seedbed covering treatment and scions with different aged mother tree, but root length had no difference. The best propagation condition was as follows: scion of 1-year mother tree in autumn, soaking 2 hours in solution of ABT2 with 200mg/kg, yellow soil as medium covered with black agricultural film.
