槲皮素能抑制多种肿瘤细胞的增殖,诱导细胞凋亡,干扰细胞信号传导,逆转肿瘤细胞的多药耐药和增强其他药物的抗肿瘤作用.随着分子生物学技术的不断发展,槲皮素抗肿瘤的分子机制逐渐被阐明,将为肿瘤的预防和治疗提供更好的理论依据.
槲皮素能抑製多種腫瘤細胞的增殖,誘導細胞凋亡,榦擾細胞信號傳導,逆轉腫瘤細胞的多藥耐藥和增彊其他藥物的抗腫瘤作用.隨著分子生物學技術的不斷髮展,槲皮素抗腫瘤的分子機製逐漸被闡明,將為腫瘤的預防和治療提供更好的理論依據.

Quercetin can inhibit proliferation, induce apoptosis, interfere with cell signal transduction, reverse the multi-drug resistance and enhance anti-tumor effects of other drugs in a variety of tumor cells. A-long with the technical progress of molecular biology, the anti-tumor molecular mechanisms of quercetin will be gradually clarified, which will provide a better theory for tumor prevention and treatment in the future.
