目的探讨在对强迫症患者进行团体心理治疗过程中各个疗效因子的相对重要性.方法对符合入组标准的同时完成为期12周的团体心理治疗的30例强迫症患者,进行团体治疗疗效因子问卷的测量,对团体治疗疗效因子的重要性做出评定.结果本研究提示在强迫症的治疗中,团体心理治疗疗效因子的相对重要性排序为:人际学习(获取)、人际学习(付出)、自我了解、宣泄、存在意识、团体凝聚力、普遍性、希望重塑、传递信息、利他性、原先家庭的矫正性重现、行为模仿.12个因子平均数方差分析差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论人际学习(获取和付出)、自我了解、宣泄、存在意识、团体凝聚力是团体治疗中相对比较重要的疗效因子.

Objective To investigate the relative importance of therapeutic factors in group psychotherapy for patients with obsessive compulsive disorder.Methods Thirty obsessive-compulsive disorder patients underwent 12 weeks of group psychotherapy were given the therapeutic factors questionnaire to assess the relative importance of therapeutic factors in group psychotherapy.Results The important group therapeutic factors were sorted as following:interpersonal gain,interpersonal pay-out,self-realization,catharsis,existential factors,group cohesiveness,universality,instillation of hope,information imparting,altruism,the corrective recapitulation of the primary family group,imitative behavior.One-Way ANOVA showed that the mean difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions The relatively important group therapeutic factors are interpersonal gain,interpersonal pay-out,self-realization,catharsis,existential factors and group cohesiveness.
