目的:探讨慢阻肺、肺心病患者白细胞与正常内皮细胞粘附特点。方法:采用流室系统对正常人、慢阻肺、肺心病患者血白细胞与正常内皮细胞粘附特性进行研究。结果:慢阻肺及肺心病患者组血白细胞粘附率较正常组明显增强(P<0.05);肺心病组的白细胞粘附率较慢阻肺组亦有显著性增强(P<0.05)。结论:白细胞粘附作用的增强在慢阻肺、肺心病的发病过程中起了重要作用。
목적:탐토만조폐、폐심병환자백세포여정상내피세포점부특점。방법:채용류실계통대정상인、만조폐、폐심병환자혈백세포여정상내피세포점부특성진행연구。결과:만조폐급폐심병환자조혈백세포점부솔교정상조명현증강(P<0.05);폐심병조적백세포점부솔교만조폐조역유현저성증강(P<0.05)。결론:백세포점부작용적증강재만조폐、폐심병적발병과정중기료중요작용。
Objective:Study the adhesion characters between the leukocytes and the normal endothelium cells in the COPD and the Cor pulmonale patients.Methods:By flow chamber system,study the adhesion characters between the leukocytes and the normal endothelium cells respectively in normal,COPD and Cor pulmonale patients.Results:Leukocytes adhesion rates are significantly increased in the COPD group and the Cor pulmonale group than the normal one(P<0.05),and leukocyte adhesion rate in the Cor pulmonale group is much higher than the COPD group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Increase of the adhesion between the leukocytes plays an important role in the pathogenesis of COPD and of Cor pulmonale.
